Audit Report & Annual Inspection
All FIEs (Foreign invested enterprises) and ROs (Representative Offices) are required to prepare Audit report & Annual inspection, including statutory audit, capital verification, annual inspection, and foreign exchange audit. Each FIEs or ROs have to submit annual statutory audit report, capital verification report and foreign exchange report to several government authorities, take part in the annual industrial & commercial united inspection.
According to Shanghai Industrial& Commercial Bureau of China, Enterprises' Annual Inspection has to be done between March 1 and June 30 every year in Shanghai, additionally, Foreign Investment Companies have to accomplish their Industrial& Commercial Annual Inspection before the end of April.
