There are 2,247 customs classification codes in the list of goods under restricted category in the announced Policy. Among others, 394 codes have previously been announced before 2007 and 1,853 codes are added in this announcement. The newly added goods mainly consist of raw plastic materials and plastic goods, woven textile products, clothes, furniture and metal ware products with low level of processing. All belong to labor-intensive industries.
